Micro-Machined Parts

As an initiative in our new field, we are working on machining parts with small-diameter tools. Our current track record shows that a single tool can machine approximately 5,000 holes with a through-hole in Φ0.03mm0.6t aluminum material and a through-hole in Φ0.05mm0.8t aluminum material.

We have experience with Φ0.1mm0.8t through-hole in stainless steel and Φ0.1mm0.8t through-hole in titanium material.
